Delete your Hey Krishna account and data

You can request permanent deletion of your Hey Krishna account and its associated personal data from inside the app or through this page.

Delete your account inside the app

1. Open Hey Krishna.
2. Open the menu and select Settings.
3. Select My profile.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Type DELETE and confirm.

After you confirm, your deletion request is scheduled and you are signed out.

Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, email us from the email address connected to your Hey Krishna account.

Request account deletion

Use the subject “Hey Krishna account deletion request.” Include only the email address connected to your account. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, conversation content, or other sensitive information.

We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing a request made outside the app.

What will be deleted

Deletion covers personal data associated with your Hey Krishna account, including:

• your authentication account and profile;
• conversations and chat history;
• voice-call transcripts;
• journal entries;
• derived memories and memory embeddings;
• preferences and notification settings;
• registered device and push-notification records;
• call records and other account-linked service data; and
• referral or account-status records where applicable.

When deletion occurs

Account deletion is completed within 30 days after the request is successfully initiated or verified.

During this 30-day grace period, signing back into Hey Krishna automatically cancels the deletion request and keeps your account and data.

After the grace period, the account and associated personal data are permanently deleted, subject to the limited exceptions below.

Information that may remain

Limited information may remain:

• temporarily in encrypted backups until the normal backup cycle completes;
• where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution; or
• in aggregated or de-identified form that no longer identifies you.
